Knowledge of multi-discipline project design execution and construction tasks, including logging and coordination of submittmits and RFIs, reviewing contractor’s pay applications and waivers, closeout documentation, etc.
Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner

Familiarity with the relationships between building-related design disciplines
