1. Service Description

FindMeJobs is a sophisticated job search platform that provides:

  • Advanced filtering capabilities for LinkedIn job postings
  • Real-time notifications via Telegram when jobs matching your criteria are posted
  • Job management tools including saving, tracking, and application management
  • Subscription-based access to premium features
  • Automated job scraping and alert systems

Our service aggregates publicly available job information to provide you with early access to opportunities and advanced filtering capabilities not available on standard job boards.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or using any part of FindMeJobs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use FindMeJobs, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or other restrictions.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During this period, you can access all premium features.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Different subscription tiers have different query limits and features
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

FindMeJobs automatically scrapes publicly available job postings from various sources including LinkedIn. This data collection:

  • Only accesses publicly available information
  • Is used solely to provide our job search and notification services
  • Complies with applicable terms of service and robots.txt files

6.2 User Data

We collect and process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • Account information and preferences
  • Search queries and job interactions
  • Telegram account information for notifications
  • Payment information processed through Stripe
  • Usage analytics and click tracking (anonymized)

7. Telegram Integration

Our service integrates with Telegram to provide real-time job notifications. By enabling Telegram notifications, you consent to:

  • Receiving automated messages from our Telegram bot
  • Our collection of your Telegram user ID for notification delivery
  • Potential data sharing with Telegram according to their privacy policy

You can disable Telegram notifications at any time through your account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

FindMeJobs and all related materials, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Job postings and related content remain the property of their respective owners. We provide this information under fair use for job search purposes only.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service
  • Update these Terms with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing with 30 days advance notice
  • Implement maintenance periods that may affect service availability

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes or service disruptions.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Disclaimers

FindMeJobs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job information
  • That job postings are still available or accurate
  • Successful job placement or interview opportunities
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Compatibility with all devices or software

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMeJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindMeJobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Account Termination
